Evaluation of peliminary exercise

We finally finished filming the preliminary exercise, and edited it to make it into a movie not just a bunch of clips. using Adobe Premier Pro CS4 I was able to create it the way i wanted it to be. Whilst filming we had to make sure everything was the same so we didnt make any continuity mistakes. I think the hardest part was trying to keep the camera in the same type of angles and trying to keep it stable. It was really hard whilst filming trying to keep it still as it would either rock on the tripod or you would accidentally knock the tripod or camera. There were many faults as we were filming. Some parts from the filming were missing and we need to make it as if we were using continuity.
whilst filming we tried to hard to keep the filming all at the same angles and tried to use some movement but it was harder trying to move using the tripod. If you used the movement on the tripod, the tripod would either rock or we would have trouble trying to move the camera along.
whilst trying to film it was hard becuase we would film in one place more than once and when filming there were people moving around inbetween and tryin to get the shots the same and keeping the mise-en-scene all the same was so difficult.
also whilst editing trying to keep the editing going with the wonky angles and terrible movemets of the camera was a difficult task.

in this scene the angle is different to the rest of the scenes. The camera is not straight and it makes the editing harder to join it to the next scene.
We filmed the scenes in one day so keeping the actor the same was easy but trying to keep the background alike was much harder.
In the video the sound isn't the best but that was because the sound recording on the video camera wasn't the best.
What went well was how we worked as a team and got our preliminary exercise done to a reasonable standard.
